This cultivar is known for its excellent yield stability amid all yield potentials. It boasts one of the highest long-term average yields in the ARC trials, and was the overall winner in the 2020 Grow for Gold National Yield Competition, and holds the competition record of 4,44 ton/ha.

AGSUN 8251 possesses the stay-green trait which significantly increases the cultivar’s resistance to lodging diseases. In respect of long-term stability and disease resistance, this cultivar is simply in a class of its own. AGSUN 8251 is recommended as part of the farmer’s main planting.

This medium-late maturity hybrid is known for its excellent yield stability and oil yield. It is recommended as part of the producer’s main planting.

The cultivar shows good uniformity and bird damage is limited due to the plant’s highly effective head inclination. AGSUN 5270 is highly suitable for early and late plantings and is very effective at handling disease pressure. A top performer in the ARC trials.
